Our Service

We can offer a full architectural design service, including site inspections and contract administration, from concept through to completion. Or we can offer a design only package, to suit project requirements, or anything in between. We work on projects using a traditional procurement route and also on a design and build basis.

Our Plans For Home service is a streamlined cost effective package specifically tailored to suit our domestic projects.

We can co-ordinate the design team and advise our clients on the most cost effective appointments required to suit the scale and complexity of the project. We work with a selected number of civil engineers, structural engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers, who we are happy to recommend to our clients. Alternatively we are equally happy to work alongside our client's own consultants or in-house personnel.

All our design work is carried out using Revit Architecture. We also use specialist architectural rendering software for 3D architectural illustration.

In connection with our design service, we are qualified to provide the role of CDM Principal Designer under the 2015 CDM Health and Safety Regulations. Competency is demonstrated by continual professional development and Incorporated Membership of the Association of Project Safety (APS).

We work closely in association with Local Authority Building Control and are proud to be approved as a Registered LABC Partner. This working relationship enables a smooth building regulations process and unrivalled access to the advice and knowledge of experienced building control officers.

We also work with private building control companies if required.

Our work has brought recognition through winning many awards.

Once again we are proud to be winners of the regional 2021 LABC Building Excellence Award for “Best Conversion to a Dwelling”.

In 2020 we were honoured to be a winner of the “Best Commercial Building” at the 2020 LABC Building Excellence Awards for West Yorkshire.

One of our projects won the 2014 “Best Small Residential Development” award.

At the prestigious LABC National Building Excellence Awards in 2014 the same project won the Highly Commended Award for “Housing up to 7 Units”.

We are proud to have been nominated as finalists at the LABC Building Excellence Regional Awards in West Yorkshire and East Midlands for many commercial and residential projects since 2014.

We were also awarded a high commendation at the Ripon Civic Society Awards for 8no new dwellings, obtaining recognition in the sensitive historical town of Ripon.
